If you are thinking of crafting your own cotton batting ornaments, these cute little Valentine boy and girl heads are just right! The lightly-embossed scraps were printed on a heavier-weight paper and have a semi-gloss lacquer finish. We acquired these die-cut heads already cut apart from the original full sheets, so while there was no identifying publisher's mark, one did have an attached ladder that read "Printed in Germany."
