Vintage Large Rose Leaves
Made in Germany in the 1940's
Distinctive leaves of unique coloration, this rose leaf spray is nearly 76 years old. Made from stiffened cotton fabric, the leaves were embossed for added detailing, then airbrushed with pinkish shadings to create its naturalistic look. Finished with painted midribs of dark red, the rose leaf stems are of paper-covered wire. Old stock spray has the original paper label that reads "Made in Germany."
Sold as one large leaf spray.
Leaf spray is
11" high overall;
smaller leaves are 2" high,
larger leaves are 2-3/8".
