Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your
order. You may request an exchange, refund, or credit, but we ask that you return the merchandise
in new condition, with all original accessories and packing materials, along with a copy of the original
packing slip. Do note that a 10% re-stocking fee may be incurred on some returns at our discretion.
Contact our Customer Service department for further instructions. You will be assigned a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for your return or exchange. Please indicate your RMA
number on the outside of the parcel you are returning, and on all correspondence. Return shipping
charges and insurance fees are refunded only if the wrong item was shipped.
Was your order damaged during shipping? Save the damaged outer carton and contents, exactly as
received, for inspection by a FedEx representative. Please call us within one week of receipt of the
damaged merchandise for further instructions.
