Meeooow! Headed out to make some mischief, this black cat is on the hunt for Halloween hijinks. Reproduced from the vintage 1928 design, this cutout cat decoration has metal grommets at the leg and tail joints so that it's easy to adjust the position. Crisply printed on both sides, this cardboard cutout is still produced in the U.S.A. by the original manufacturer, a party goods company that was founded in 1900.
