Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will
be shipped using the United States Postal Service. During the checkout process, an additional $2.00
will automatically be added to our standard shipping rates.
Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for orders placed online, by
phone, and mail. When placing an order by mail, we also accept checks and money orders in U.S.
funds only. Please note that our credit card processor requires that you supply us with your name
exactly as it appears on your credit card.
Sales tax is automatically applied to all orders delivered within the State of New Jersey. The tax rate
of 6.625% is applied to merchandise only; shipping charges are not taxable in New Jersey.
You can order on-line at Blumchen.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An e-mail notification will
be sent to confirm the receipt of your order. All orders placed online are entered into our order
management system the following business day.
After an order is submitted, changes or candellations cannot be made online. To adjust your order

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your
order. You may request an exchange, refund, or credit, but we ask that you return the merchandise
in new condition, with all original accessories and packing materials, along with a copy of the original
packing slip. Do note that a 10% re-stocking fee may be incurred on some returns at our discretion.
Contact our Customer Service department for further instructions. You will be assigned a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for your return or exchange. Please indicate your RMA
number on the outside of the parcel, and on all correspondence. Return shipping charges and
insurance fees are refunded only if the wrong item was shipped.
Was your order damaged during shipping? Save the damaged outer carton and contents, exactly as
received, for inspection by a Fed Ex representative. Please call us within one week of receipt of the
damaged merchandise for further instructions.
